Luke Matthew Stone, 5, of Summersville, WV went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Luke was the son of Matt and Rebecca Stone, and an older brother to his little sister Maddie. He also leaves behind numerous other family members that loved him very much.

The Down Syndrome Network of WV wants to help ease the financial burden that comes with losing someone so suddenly. Any donation, no matter how small to help support this family is greatly appreciated.
