In memory of Jennifer Otto

On July 16th 2017 at 1:55 am at mile marker 269 my beautiful 21 year old daughter was killed in a wrong way collison. She was going south bound and a driver in a pick up truck was driving northbound in the southbound lane and hit her at a very fast speed and killed her instantly. She was the passenger in the vehicle with her seatbelt on. Jennifer was going to school to be a Pediatric nurse and was also a nanny. We are raising money so that we can have wrong way signs with flashing lights  up on the ramps. So that you know you are going the opposite way. We dont want any other family to go through this tragedy. This is happening way too often and we need to do something so that we can save the lives of innocent people. We would like to also have a street named after her. Our lives and the peoples lives Jennfier has touched, we will never be the same again. Thank you for your support.
