In Memory of Bruce Martin

It is with great sorrow and shock as I write this but unfortunately I have to write about the tragic loss of my brother in law Bruce Martin.

For those who don’t know unfortunately Bruce has lost his battle with mental health; resulting in a tragic loss of his life, leaving behind his wife April and two daughters Olivia and Rachel.

Bruce has been struggling for a long, long time. And unfortunately (especially the last year and a half) his battle has become worse than our family could ever imagine.

Despite Bruce’s decisions and thoughts over the past while, he was more than what he had become. He was the kindest, funniest, and most down to earth man you could ever meet. For those who truly knew Bruce would know that his wife, girls and family were his entire world.

I have taken it upon myself to help my sister April, her girls, and his family to make this gofundme page to help give Bruce the proper farewell, funeral and goodbye that he deserves. I am asking if anyone that knows or knew Bruce to please help if you can. As we all know funerals are more expensive than they should be, and with the financial burden we are all facing I know that with help and support of his family and friends we can give him the send off he deserves while helping April and his girls during this difficult time.

Lastly, if you or anyone you know is struggling, please don’t hesitate to help or reach out if you can. Mental health is a serious issue, and hopefully by spreading awareness we can help those also in need.

His funeral arrangements will be announced within the next few days.
