In Memory of Bill Cooper

Life is too short. This morning a tragedy hit our family and Bill Cooper left us too soon at just 42. Bill had the kindest heart and was always there to lend a hand to help a friend or often times a stranger in need. His legacy has shown through with your outpouring of support so I was asked to give you a place to do so.
