Allow me to introduce Anne, my aunt and Dad's youngest sister, whom we sadly lost on the 4th of January 2024.

Anne was deaf-blind, an amazing and inspirational woman. She wrote extensively, travelled the world and fought for the rights of the deaf-blind community both nationally and internationally until her failing health slowed her pace.

Anne would have turned 70 this month and as I turn 60 in March I am fortunate to realise that I have everything I need.

To celebrate these two milestones instead of birthday gifts I'm raising money in aid of Reach Deaf Services to thank them and their incredible team for making Anne's last years among the happiest and enabling her to live in her apartment to her last.

Please join me in playing a small part in enabling Reach to continue its amazing work and bring happiness and independence to the deaf-blind community.

This fundraiser will remain open until my birthday 2oth March 2024.
