My friends and I knew Andrei since he arrived in Los Alamos with his family in the early 1990s. Our kids grew up together; we skied, picked mushrooms, played volleyball, and celebrated holidays and anniversaries together. We've all moved around in and out of town, but we kept in touch. Andrei passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and we all are going to miss him dearly. We started this fundraiser to help Andrei's family in these difficult times.
