On Wednesday night we received the news that my aunt was found unconscious and taken to ARMC. She was intubated and on a ventilator for about 24+ hours. We did not think she was going to make it. Against all odds she was extubated and able to breath on her own. The only thing we couldn’t understand is why she was so confused and delirious. As she slowly made progress she went from the ICU to a step down unit and lastly to a rehab facility. Doctors couldn’t explained why she had gotten so ill as she had arrived at the hospital with very little kidney liver function. Miraculously when she went to rehab it had all subsided and her organs had returned to normal. Just when no one expected it she suddenly passed away. The death was so suddenly passed away. The death was so sudden and unexpected that the family is devastated. If you find it in you to donate anything will help.
