Sal was born on April 27, 1960, and passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2025 at his home. He was a proud and passionate UCLA Bruins fan, never missing a chance to cheer them on while proudly wearing his blue and gold. He was a true beach bum at heart, Sal found joy in every moment spent soaking up the sun. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who proudly served his country. Sal will be remembered for his easygoing spirit and love for life. His presence, laughter, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son Jeremiah and his parents, Anita and Fernando. He leaves behind his sons, Josh and Jake, his daughter-in-law Shelly, his cherished granddaughter Gia, and his true love Lisa, along with his siblings, nieces and nephews.

Our family is kindly asking for any donations to help cover the expenses of Sal’s funeral. Losing him has been incredibly difficult, and while we’re doing our best to manage during this heartbreaking time, the financial burden of funeral costs has added to the weight of our grief. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated and would go directly toward giving Sal the respectful and loving farewell he deserves.
