In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Matthew

Matthew was a sweet and loving boy ever since we met him over  7 years ago.  We have been part of a school community that became family over the years and the loss of this beautiful child has left us all absolutely heartbroken. We cannot imagine the hurt and pain that his family is feeling, and in an effort to support them in this most difficult time, I am asking that we all come together to show our love and support.  Matthew was a pride and joy for his parents Jeri and Edwin and his older sister Nyla.  He loved sports, but basketball was his passion. If there was a sport to be played, Matthew was sure to be a part of it. His infectious smile could light up a room and he was always a respectful, smart and talented young man. He was a friend to so many of his peers and they are all grieving the loss of their beloved friend Matthew. 

As parents, classmates and teachers, we were blessed to see Matthew grow into the gentleman that he was and to have him be  a part of our lives.   We all have a special memory of him and with that he will be forever present in our hearts.
