On August 17, 2024, we unexpectedly lost a cherished friend and colleague who devoted her life to improving the health and well-being of so many people in Kenya and beyond. A brilliant researcher and beloved community leader, Dr. Kawango Agot's dedication to making the world a better place touched countless lives. She leaves behind her daughter Gift and two grandsons in the US, adopted children in Kenya, and many others who relied on her love, support, and guidance.

We are coming together to raise funds to support Kawango's family during this difficult time, ensuring they have the resources they need for the time being. Your generosity will make a profound difference.
