In loving memory of Jonah'Blu

On May 16th 2019 my life changed forever. My baby Jonah'Blu Swanson Crawford-Simmons passed away in his sleep. On May 20th I had to identify his body at the Medical Examiner Office. Hardest thing I ever had to do. He was born March 6th 2019 weighing 4lbs and 4 oz. He was the smallest most adorable little baby. I instantly fell in love all over again as soon I saw him. He was so loved by me and his siblings and for all who laid eyes on him. He meant the world to us all. Especially me. His life so mattered. I was really looking forward to being his mommy. Due to his untimely departure from this world I need your help to lay my beautiful baby to rest.
