"I would just like to say how deeply touched myself, my husband Paul and all our family are at all the generous donations Charlie's fund has received. Your kindness has truly overwhelmed us and I know how grateful and blown away our beautiful daughter Charlie would have been to know the love each and every one of you has shown. These gestures of love and support will help us so, so much in the weeks ahead, as we adjust to our devastating loss and of course focus on the future of our special granddaughter, Maisie. We can not express how much we appreciate you all. Words are not enough, but we are feeling the love right now from you all and this has helped us to deal with our grief in so many ways. We are heartbroken to share the news that our wonderful Charlie was tragically taken from us on Saturday night.

With her infectious smile and bubbly personality, Charlie was just the most incredible friend and part of the heart and soul of the That Amazing Place family. She was the most beautiful soul inside and out and we know she is going to be dearly missed by all the knew and loved her.

As well as being an amazing friend and colleague, Charlie was also the very best mummy to 9 year old Maisie. As a strong, independent woman, Charlie worked so very hard to make sure that Maisie had the best life possible. The bond she had with Maisie was so magical, they really were best of friends and Maisie is going to miss her so so much.

With the blessing of Charlie's mum, we are fundraising in Charlie's memory to help her family pay for the funeral and also for money for Maisie's future.

Anything you can donate, no matter how big or small, will be very much appreciated and will help to make such a difference to the family.

As agreed with Charlie's family, That Amazing Place will manage the funds collected and will withdraw the required funds will pay for the funeral costs. Once these costs have been settled, the rest of the money will be put into a bank account for Charlie's daughter Maisie's future, which will be overseen by her grandparents (who are her guardians).
