In loving memory of Abbey Caroline Crawford
It is with broken hearts and shattered dreams that we are raising money to support the burial of our precious Abbey.
Abbey was adored by anyone that met her. She was a light in a dark world. Her kindness was her trademark and her laughter was contagious. Abbey was talented beyond measure. She could sing like an angel, paint and draw with a creative mind, turn any face into a canvas with her unmatched skills as a make up artist, and bring to life a clean cut gentleman from a shaggy head. Most of all, she loved deeply. She loved her family: Victor, Kim, Tanner, Josh, Matthew, Adam, and Sara Crawford and grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins, fiancé Matty Martin, dog Leo, two cats Phoebe and Luna, and her dear friends that became family. She was the kindest soul you would ever meet, and was passionate about human and animal rights. She was anxiously awaiting her wedding day with Matty on August 21st, 2021 in Harriman, TN where two families would become one.
She was truly taken from us too soon. The day Abbey left this Earth we all lost a piece of us that we will long for forever. Her smile, kindness, love, and compassion can never be replaced. She was loved and adored by anyone who met her.
Ultimately, this precious family was planning a wedding for two young hearts. Heartbreakingly, now they are planning a funeral. As anyone would know, a parent should never have to bury their child. The short twenty-four years that Abbey spent on this Earth was not long enough for our hearts, but we will forever cherish the memories we shared with her.
If you have been touched by Abbey's kindness, we ask that you join us in prayer for this family and those that love her dearly. In leu of flowers, the family is accepting contributions to lay to rest their beautiful kind-hearted daughter.
Arrangements are to follow. For information about how to bring comfort to this family during this time, please reach out to Tamara Martin or Tanner Crawford.
