In Honor and Memory of Aleida Nyman 1964-2022

Donation protected

Beloved Aleida Nyman was recently taken away tragically on August 6th, 2022, in a multi-vehicle crash that took her life. She served God with her life fervently and was a testimony to her family and all who knew her.

Her three grown children survive her. John, Jairo, Diana and nine beautiful grandchildren she loved with all her might. John, who lives in Ecuador, is a Pastor serving there. It was Aleida’s dream for him to visit Canada. Over several years, she had tried several times to bring him with no success. Her dream came to reality a few days ago when his visa was approved within days. So he could be here with his siblings during this difficult time.

Aleida served the community locally and internationally. She was always willing to lend a helping hand without being asked.
She lived by the principle that you don’t need money to make a difference in someone’s life. But she continually found ways to raise money to help in the effort to serve others.
Internationally she served by
-Helping orphans in Venezuela with necessities
-Helping churches in Ecuador and Colombia to buy bibles, clothes and food for children.

Three scriptures that Aleida lived by:

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work
together for good to them that love
God, to them who are the called
according to his purpose.

Joshua 1:9
Have not I commanded thee? Be
strong and of good courage; be
not afraid, neither be thou
dismayed: for the LORD thy God is
with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ
which strengtheneth me.

Her memory will be kept alive, and she has left an emptiness in hundreds of individuals who are saddened by her tragic departure but comforted that she lived a whole life despite of struggles life had.

During this challenging time for the family, please consider any amount you can contribute to offset the cost of the Memorial & Funeral during this difficult time.
There is an injustice with ICBC and Ministry of Social Development who have refused to help the family with the expenses of the funeral.

Your contribution will also assist in continuing her work further.
Aleidas eldest son John is part of many others she worked with, and a portion of funds will be directed adequately to continue her work. Aleida wanted this, for everyone to discover the purpose that helping others gives no greater joy.

Thank you, and God bless you
