Hello, my name is Chris Daly and with a friend and volunteer colleague, Nick Redmayne - we are working on another humanitarian aid project for Ukraine - to deliver a 4x4 Mitsubishi and medical suppliers to Kiev in May 26.

Last summer, working with UK based charity Help 4 Ukraine (.com) we did the same thing -

We drove a donated 4x4 Toyota truck and medical supplies to Kiev for delivery to the Emergency Services & the Army. We raised £1600 through donations to pay for the ferry, petrol & 4 days of travelling costs.

May 2026 we are repeating the mission and have already bought a Misibushi 4x4 for £1600.

We are partnered with https://www.help4ukraine.charity/ but do not collect money on their behalf. Their role in our project is to help us establish reliable contacts in Kiev / Ukraine, [to help] with cross border documentation & finding the best insurance quotes for the journey across Europe. Naturally, it's also useful that they are on hand to confirm our bona fides.

Now, we are urgently raising £2,500 which will be used to cover the costs of paying for the 4x4, then driving and delivering it and 3 donated wheelchairs – to Kiev. Expenses include, petrol, the ferry crossing, an MoT Cert, vehicle insurance, tolls, food & modest accommodation en route. (Last year, the shortfall was about £300, which I donated from my own money.)

The 4x4 will be used for evacuating casualties from the front lines and the wheel chairs – to help ex soldiers in need.

This mission saved lives and brought hope amidst challenging times. Now, we are preparing to repeat this life-saving journey in May '26 — but we cannot do it without your help.
