As a lot of you know I identify as trans and have publicly for quite some time now.

This past October I was finally able to start my medical transition and embark on my journey to have my outer body match my inner true self.

As I am well aware transitioning doesn’t happen over night & every trans person’s journey transitioning is different, however, I truly feel like I am behind on my own timeline, I don’t want to wake up one day and realize that I’ve lived the best years of my life performing my gender identity, I want to be able to be fully myself and feel confident in my body as the woman I am.

It still baffles me at this point in time that trans people have to pay money in order to be themselves.

I’ve never been scared to ask for help when I need it and I’m so thankful to have such a loving community around me that has made me feel so safe in being able to do so.

I’ve been waiting for the right moment to be able to create this go fund me, but I’ve realized that there’s never going to be a perfect time to put this ask out and I have to just put myself out there to the universe and to all of you and know that what’s meant to be will eventually be.

The money raised from this go fund me will make it possible for me accelerate my transition past my current means and will go towards completing my personal physical transition:

-facial feminization

-breast augmentation

-feminizing body surgeries

-body laser hair removal

Based on conversations with trans sisters who have shared their journeys receiving similar gender affirming care & my own research I’ve come to the above ask to cover the mentioned procedures (with consideration to go fund me fees)

I’ve been working as hard as I can to save up, but life has just made it feel almost impossible to see getting to where I need to be on my own.
