For over 12 years my health has been on the decline, faced with multiple surgeries, and multiple diagnoses, it's become difficult to function on a daily basis. I need your support to relieve the financial burden of being chronically ill and disabled.

This is a rough breakdown of my monthly costs:

• $180 * 2 each week at: $360 (travel is either $3.35 or $19.58 *2) - Specialized Physical Therapy (active)

• $150 * 2 every month (travel is $21.52 * 2, both ways) - Specialized Massage Therapy (passive, for musculoskeletal pain, with use of cyclobenzaprine & toradol)

• Co-morbidities medication: $130.35 + $363.30 + $89.70 per month

• Pain medication: $479.63 + $34.14 (* 2 for travel to clinic) per month

• Pocket Health Subscription: $11.30 per month

• Necessary therapeutic services: $57.58 per month

Total: $3,000.82

This funding will cover the next 6 to 7 months of my healthcare as we work with the relevant stakeholders to permanently reduce these costs through private insurance and health coverage facilities. Below are some receipts of my costs.

Costs will vary due to prescription changes, ability to leave the bed to attend physical therapy sessions, transit costs between appointments, and costs related to other medical conditions not specified above, e.g. lichen planus, psoriasis, etc.
