My name is Shemekka Ebony.  My partner Michael Stewart-Isaacs and I have been touring  the United States with the torch of #IAmBrilliant  in an Intentional effort to empower citizens and their communities towards greater community engagement.

Our tour has mostly been self funded since 2016 along with the help of a few of our Brilliant Friends and Family.  These funds have been used to go into cities, host speaker series  and trainings for youth and community leaders. The funding is used to invest into existing community organizers that are creating #IAmBrilliant learning and engaging opportunities.

The campaign is about human engagement and empowerment through social media storytelling. We capture your image and you share your brilliance with your story.

This campaign is important to our staff because we have given ours lives to "Be The Change" our communities can benefit from.  As a community coach, I understand that behavior and knowledge are both learned.  My hypothesis is this:

"If people can discover their gifts (#IAmBrilliant) and  learn of ways to earn income (#socialenterprise), while helping others, our communities increase the potential of brilliant economic growth."
