Hi my name is Darryl and I am fundraising for myself. My adoptive parents both passed away when I was young and I have no family. I live in Lake Hughes California and need to relocate close to my dialysis center in Canyon Country California. I lost my kidneys to Polycystic Kidney Disease. I have cysts growing in most of my other organs and have a brain aneurysm growing which is normal for PKD. Without relocating I can't continue treatments I need every other day to stay alive or the spine and brain surgery I will need in the not so far future. Also besides relocating I need another reliable vehicle.

My vehicle may get me to my treatments a couple more times with a prayer. Besides relocating and a dependable vehicle the money would make a transplant possible as it would help cover the $500 a month medications I will need every month.
