Hurricane Survivor, starting over

My Brother Mike lived and survied two categry 5 hurricanes within 10 days of each other ,   These two hurricanes were the greatest ever to hit and be recorded in the USVI.  Irma and Maria caused complete devastaion to the island among many other places.  He survived 27 days, living without power, running water, no work/income  and limited amounts of food and water.  With a daily curfew of just a few hours, he would try to get his daily necessaties, try to stay cool,  aviod the  insects/bugs of the envirnment and remain safe from the looters.  I was able to get Michael on a flight, Monday, Oct 2nd.  Although he is starting over, we are so happy he is home and safe.   All of his belongings were destroyed.  Clothes, shoes, toiletries, tattoo equiptment, (which is his livelihood) countless amounts of art work,  music equiptment, computer, phone, just about everything but the clothes on his back.  I feel there is no way to put a price on what has been lost and personally could not imagine starting over.  Whatever is donated would be greatly appreciated and could be a great start for him to get back on his feet.   Thank you.
