China Cultural Immersion Trip

A major section of our mission, as the Freshman Leadership Academy, is to prepare students to take advantage of every opportunity to learn, lead, and serve in a new and unique culture. Through this Cultural Immersion Campaign, we hope to encourage the students of Howard University, our local community, and the nation at large to support our will to gain global consciousness and the expansion of knowledge beyond the limits of our nation, so that we may become globalized leaders. Our cultural immersion trip to China will augment our leadership in terms of cognizance and versatility, and in turn, the academy will exhaust every opportunity to kill prejudice, encourage peace, expand opportunities, and serve the world.
