Dear Parents and Supporters of Holy Trinity,
Holy Trinity Catholic School has an urgent need to provide technology for our students that cannot be allocated in our budget. Please help us reach our goal of $25,000 by September 30th. Together we can do this!
This fiscal year, our school is looking for a helping hand to continue keeping our students on the cutting edge of technology skills. In addition to our commitment to providing a Catholic education and working to embody the lessons and teachings of Christ every day, Holy Trinity is proud to prioritize the newest learning technologies and skills as well as focus on the increasingly critical areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
With your support, our Fiscal Year 2016 (September 2015- May 2016) goal is to raise $25,000. These funds will be put towards providing greater access to technology school-wide. Every donor will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift card!
Our estimate fund allocations are as follows:
· Microsoft Office 365 license- $1,000
· 10 Dell computers- $10,000
· Technical support and consultation- $5,000
· Minecraft Math Education Program Licenses- $500
· Additional Educational Program Licensing (based on teacher and student input) - $2,500
· Printers, scanners, and other technology accessories- $2,500
· STEM equipment; construction supplies, a small collection of hand tools, and measuring devices, KNex Blocks-$1,000
As you all know, budgets for Catholic schools are tight and we continue to use our creativity, teacher and parent resources, and most importantly our faith to stretch our operating budget. At Holy Trinity, we pride ourselves on a reputation as center for Catholic values, but we are equally as proud of our status as an educational institution with the highest of academic standards. Unfortunately, critical additions to our school that will improve the educational experience for all students cannot always be addressed with our set budget. To continue to better aid our students, Holy Trinity has decide to set up a fundraising account to focus areas that will better prepare our students for their future. Through this new initiative, Holy Trinity Above and Beyond , Holy Trinity will work to secure funding for cutting edge improvements to our school not addressed in our general operating fund for the year.
Every dollar raised is an investment in our school community and the future of our students. A gift of any size demonstrates your support for our students and Holy Trinity School. It is an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with your children. It is in the spirit of gratitude and the commitment to provide a quality education that we are reaching out to you and asking that you consider partnering with us as we embark on this exciting journey.
