House Fire left Handicapped Family Homeless

Hi, my name is Jason and I am trying to get help for my mother and stepsister. On the 4th of January, 2023 their house caught on fire. It was not a total loss, but there was no insurance and the fire marshall deemed it uninhabitable until the electric wiring is brought up to code and the kitchen is reconstructed. All the walls in the house have to be washed down and the smoke damage is throughout the whole house. The living room furniture is waterlogged and the carpet has to be replaced.

Just a little background information, on June 13 of 2022 my stepfather David passed away. He is the man in the picture. My mother Sherry is the legal guardian of my stepsister Cece, the young lady in the picture, who is 30 years old with cerebral palsy, an amputee of the left leg above the knee and three shunts in her head to remove excess fluid. She is in a respite care home until Tuesday the 10th.

Unless we are able to get the funds to get the house fixed up we don't even know what will happen to Cece. My brother and I are willing to do the repairs we just need help getting the materials and hiring the electrition.
