Marty Talamantes needs a village, he has been on my heart.  I asked if he was alright after he had posted a cryptic FB message saying that he wanted to park his car on some train tracks.  I was on a break at work so  I didn't have sufficient time to respond.  When I arrived home, I searched for the thread and couldn't find it.  I then posted to Marty that he was on my mind and I hoped that everything was alright with him.  He responded in a private message to me, some time later, saying that he was homeless.  He said that a few of his close friends had visited him and shared Jesus Christ with him.  I shared my testimony with him also.  Marty is a kind, sweet soul...I was wondering if we could round up his close buddies and make a village for him.  I'm willing to contribute money to pay for his monthly accommodations at a motel.  He says he really wants to work.  Maybe having an address to write on an employment application would be a first step for him.  He's not getting any younger.  It just breaks my heart to think of him being homeless.   I've heard from some of you that you're watching out for job opportunities for Marty.  Who knows?  Maybe this could be a turning point for him.  If you know of anyone who remembers Marty fondly, please share this GoFundMe link with them.  Any contribution would be helpful.
