Haley Carper was a beautiful 18 year old who tragically lost her life in an auto accident on 11.20.23. Her parents, siblings, family and friends are devastated and seeking to honor her life with a proper memorial. Haley was such a light and full of life. She was so kind and caring towards everyone. She loved alternative music, creating art and spending quality time with her parents, friends and pup Harley. Haley was set to graduate in June 2024 and had a goal of earning a college degree as a speech therapist. Unfortunately her life was taken too soon from us.
