On July 17, our hearts were shattered by the sudden loss of Joe—a devoted husband, loving father, cherished stepfather, and loyal friend to so many.

Joe was the kind of person who could light up a room with his laughter and make anyone feel welcome. He had a gift for bringing smiles to people's faces, offering support when it was needed, and creating lasting memories with the people he loved. His kindness, humor, and generous spirit touched countless lives.

Most of all, Joe was the love of Martine's life. This year, they would have celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary together. Next month, they were looking forward to celebrating their son's first birthday—a milestone that now carries both joy and heartbreak. Joe was also an incredible stepfather to Martine's three other children, loving them as his own and playing an important role in their lives every day.

The suddenness of this loss has left Martine and the children facing unimaginable grief while also confronting the financial burdens that accompany such a tragedy. We are raising funds to help ease some of that burden by assisting with immediate expenses as well as ongoing household and family expenses as Martine navigates a future she never expected to face without her partner by her side.
