It is with a very heavy heart to say my son Blake Sanford Herman Horenstein earned his wings on 05/22/2025.

Blake Horenstein was in the hospital for 10 days on a ventilator. When he went into the hospital he had MRSA throughout his heart, lungs, and bloodstream. They Dr's did open heart surgery to get the MRSA out of the valves and replace the valves. They did that and just couldn't get his blood pressure high enough to pump the blood throughout his body. He just wasn't strong enough.

This isn't something you ever plan for, especially your youngest child! We are trying to raise money for his cremation and a celebration of his wonderfully beautiful life(way to short). We have set the date for the memorial the date is 06/28/2025 at 12 noon at our house at 219 86th Street NW, Tulalip, WA. 98271. Please come and share memories of Blake.
