Hi everyone, I am Ricky Elizalde and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my sister Maria Eloisa Elizalde (Ela) and Marko Fuentes (Ram), the parents of Maddox Leon E. Fuentes.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Maddox Leon, and we are reaching out to our families and friends for support in covering the hospital bill and the unexpected costs of his funeral arrangements.

Maddox, as we fondly call him, was Ela and Ram’s first-born son. A perfect son, loving and responsible brother to his younger siblings Jules, Maxius, Silas, and Lionel, Grandma and Grandpa’s favorite, kind and thoughtful nephew and cousin... fun, full of life, bubbly kid... that is how we want to remember him. He was 12 years old.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will help provide a meaningful farewell to honor Maddox’s memory.
