We're HICapacity. A hackerspace in Honolulu.
HiCapacity has been able to stay fairly stable thanks to our members and the tech community but even with the great support we've had we'd like to add a few things to make the space more accommodating for projects and events.

Seating.
Our seating isn't always great. At the moment it's a mishmash of disgarded office chairs that have been a mixed bag of comfort and availability. We'd like to get a dozen or so low cost office chairs.

AC
Next is air conditioning. We have no evening AC. So as Spring/Summer approaches we'd like to purchase a portable AC unit to run during our evening events and meetups.

Stretch Goals!

Even More Chairs & Webstreaming
Our stretch goals for funding would be used towards folding chairs & providing webstream capabilities to HICapacity. A decent webcam and lavalier mic to be used for our live streaming talks, workshops, and webcasts.

Mounted LCD Projector
A projector permanently mounted to the ceiling with hookups in the center of the table would allow for easy presentations. Combined with webstreaming capabilities this would allow for video meeting teleconferences.

Etc!
Anything more will be used for organizing and storage containers. Beyond that things like tools, arudinos, raspberry pis, swag (shirts), and more.
