Hike for Millers!
Tax deductible
This year I will complete the Six Pack of Peaks challenge to raise money for the Miller Children's Hospital at Long Beach Memorial. It's been a big year full of ups and downs--my daughter, Vivian, was born, and my niece Sophie Rivera got a life-threatening infection. Miller Children's Hospital was there for both, and much in thanks to them, both girls are healthy today.
The Six Pack of Peaks Challenge means hiking six local peaks in a year: Mt. Wilson, Mt. Baldy, Cucamonga Peak, San Bernardino Peak, Mt. San Jacinto, and San Gorgonio Peak.
Donations will help the hospital continue to serve Long Beach and Southern California. Besides the small percentage that will go to GoFundMe, all money raised will go to the hospital. Every cent will help a child who needs it, and at the end of the year, it will all be donated in Sophie and Vivian's name, as a thank you to Miller Children's for their role in these girls' lives.
You can donate in a lump sum, per peak, or per step (although it's like 82,000 steps or something like that).
Thank you!
