Her Strength, Our Support

Our dear friend Renee has undergone immense challenges since her breast cancer diagnosis in 2021. She has endured a double mastectomy, radiation that caused severe skin damage, and lives in daily pain while waiting for needed follow-up surgery.

This strong, selfless woman powered through work despite burns and pain. But she was recently laid off while awaiting a complex transplant, and finds herself fighting just to access medical leave benefits that should be hers.

Renee and I have been friends since high school, sharing life’s joyful moments like our Wonder Woman race and Thanksgiving celebrations together with our families. She has always uplifted others without asking for help herself. Now it’s our turn to lift up our dear friend in her time of need.

The funds raised will help cover Renee’s essential medical and living costs so she can focus fully on healing. Any amount helps ease her financial burden so she can concentrate on getting well again ahead of her transplant surgery.
