HENRY'S KIDNEY TRANSPLANT

Hi, this is my husband Henry. He was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago with a very rare kidney disease called fibrillary glomerulonephritis. Fibrillary GN is a disease which affects the millions of filtering units that make up the kidney. It causes him to lose proteins and swell in third spacing of his body. Only about 1000 people have been diagnosed with this disease to date. 
  His kidneys are at 19% function, which causes him to have very high blood pressure. Due to the high BP, it causes his kidneys to overwork causing the high BP.  He has been in and out of the hospital multiple times in the past 2 years due to his illness. Everyday activities are becoming a struggle. 
  At 39 years old my husband needs a kidney transplant. The medical bills over the past couple of months since his condition has gotten worse are taking a toll on our finances. I love my husband. He is a great father and husband. I dont want to lose him so young. If you are able to help our family we would be very grateful.
