Henry Fuhrhop Medical Fund

Henry “Hank The Tank” Fuhrhop, son of Martin and Nicole Fuhrhop, just had his world turned upside down. This energetic and fun loving, lover of all food and trouble-making, 2.5 year old little boy has been recently diagnosed with Type 1 (Juvenile). Diabetes. On the evening of December 30, 2017, Henry had to be taken to the Akron Children's Hospital where he was admitted to the ICU and started on an insulin drip. Henry spent the next 72 hours being poked and prodded, hooked up to multiple IVs and monitors. Henry was a champ and was discharged to become accustomed to carb counting, blood sugar checks, and insulin shots.



Henry and his family need your support. Henry is the middle brother to older brother Caleb who is five and younger brother Jasper who is six months old.

His father, Martin, is a dedicated coach and member of the Glass City family. He is always seen around the gym and has assisted with running several basketball and volleyball tournaments at the Paragon. He has gone beyond for Glass City and needs our support.


The medical fund will go towards the costly diabetic medication he needs each month.
