Help with Stephanie's Recovery

On Sunday, March 4, 2018, my dear friend, Stephanie Gohman was found unresponsive at home and immediately taken to St. Jude via ambulance. She was admitted to the ICU, sedated, and ventilated with doctors ordering an MRI and cultures to help determine what was going on. With a caring and hard working medical team, Stephanie was quickly stabilized and given several medications to combat her illness.

As of yesterday, March 7, Stephanie was taken off the ventilator and has been sitting up and responding to some commands and questions. Though she has been making significant improvements, there will still be a long road to a full recovery.

For those of us who know Stephanie through family, school, work, or just life, we know that she has always been a supportive friend, a listening ear, a baby/toddler whisperer, and a truly caring soul.

Her deductible is $3500, but insurance will only cover a percentage of her hospital costs over that amount. Help us show the same care and friendship and support by donating to help ease her financial burden. Any little bit helps. Anything over our goal amount will help with unforeseen medical expenses, outpatient copays as well as any bills since she will also have to take time off work to recover.
