Helping Vinh with rebuilding expenses

Hi, my name is John Le and I am helping raise funds for my friend Vinh Trinh. I sold Vinh his house two months ago in Rivers Edge subdivision in D'Iberville after searching for about 2 years. He did not buy flood insurance because it was not required. Hours after Hurricane Ida passed through, the water in Vinh's neighborhood kept rising. Nervously Vinh watched as the water got higher and higher and eventually he and his two daughters had to be evacuated with the help of D'Iberville PD. In total his house had 16.5 inches of water. He lost everything except for the clothes that were hung in the closet. Vinh is a single father so he could use all the help he can get to rebuild his home and replace his furnishings. He saved up and spent all his savings to purchase and furnish his home. Thank you all.
