Getting Chris Home
Donation protected
This is my younger brother Christopher and for my Dad, one of his beloved sons. My brother has recently gone through a rough time in his life. To be transparent, he has been in mentally and physically abusive environment for the past couple of months. Constantly being berated by both my Mom and sister, physically being hit by both, and getting to the point where he thought of grabbing a knife to end his life would have been better than to stay with my Mom.
He recently moved to Montana without the knowledge of my Dad and has been there for the past month. The reason why we know he is there is because he got the courage to speak up at school and call both of us to let us know everything that has been going on; to the point of him telling me his address and social security number in order to help him out. Thanks to both the school and my Dad, he was placed in a Psychiatric Center there to further explain everything that he has been going through. During this time more issues have arisen including him telling us of the abuse he has gone through and profusely telling everybody that he does not want to live with my mother anymore but wants to live with father.
Towards the end of this week I was able to travel to Montana, to pick him up on my Dad's behalf. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick him up because my mother called the police to try and stop us from getting Chris, as she is the custodial parent of my sister and brother. But, thanks to the local CPS there who have also heard Christopher's story firsthand, he did not end up going with my mother. He however, has been moved to the local youth county center and is staying there.
The goal of telling you all this is to give a short summary of everything he has had to face for the past couple months. My Dad is currently filing for emergency custody of Chris and needs help in order to do so. The funds here will be going straight to help with any court fees, lawyer fees, and to help Chris in any way possible which is what everything boils down to. My Dad and I want to bring Chris home to a loving, caring, safe environment and to get more psychological help for Chris. If anyone who reads this can pass this story on and can help donate in any way possible, we will forever be indebted to all you gracious supporters. We both will be reaching out on every social media platform we can, to help spread this story and everything he has gone through with the hashtag, #BringChrisHome. With all this said, my Dad is currently in Texas and I am college student in Wyoming who plans to graduate soon with a BS in Chemistry; if you could help donate and spread this to others as soon as possible, because time is of the essence. Thank you!!!
