Help Homer The Husky See Again!
Donation protected
Homer lost his first owner to illness, and we recently rescued him from the shelter with only moments to spare. Happy in his new life, we have learned that in addition to being 100% deaf, he is almost 100% blind. If he loses what little sight he has left, his world will be narrow and limited. Please help this happy, affectionate 8yo boy get the cataract surgery he needs so he can run, hike, and live his best doggie life.
Cataract surgery is $6500. We have saved up $1500 so far, but the vet tells us if we don't move quickly his blindness will become permanent. With your help we can beat the clock and help Homer see again.
We can't wait for that magical moment when Homer sees his new pack - human and husky playmate Juno - for the very first time! Thank you in advance for you generous and compassionate gift. Updates on his journey will follow!
