Help for Physical Therapy

As you all know, times can get tough for everyone and I'm hoping to get the help I need to catch up on hospital bills and be able to afford physical therapy again. 

Daily physical therapy is a necessity in my life and if you could help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated!
