Help with Trent's dental and medical woes

I hate having to do this, especially when we're all suffering in this pandemic.  I know a lot are worse off than me right now.  Sadly even with an okay paying job and my own house, finances are getting impossible for me.  I have recently had two teeth break which will require crowns, if not root canals as well.  On top of the last 3 years of dental work which have cost me over 10000 dollars which I have been trying to pay off with no success, this is the straw that broke the camel's back.  My monthly mortgage payment, electricity, and food take precedence, but if I don't fix these teeth, waiting will lead to extraction and more implants which cost thousands more.   I am tightening my belt financially, but even with that, hopefully another stimulus check, and tax returns eventually, I'm positively drowning right now.  I just need some temporary help with one of the many financial issues I have right now.  


I plan to get my teeth worked on with or without the help.  The goal is to not add to my $12000 of medical credit card debt I already have.  I only use credit cards for medical emergencies, which is how that racked up.   And I have a few things coming up that are going to be expensive  that are already going to cause more financial trouble like getting my Ulcerative Colitis back under control, replacing my current bathtub which is nasty and has me bathing toxic specks of paint, and needed home improvements.  The teeth are the least expensive since insurance will help, but I'm still looking at over $1000 out of pocket and even half that would be a great help.
