Anyone who knows Megan Poff has been a recipient of her beautiful smile—and the remarkable heart that shines through that smile. They’ll also know that her passion in life, besides her hubby and her boys, is singing; as a professional singer, she is a very active teacher and performer. Both her smile and her profession have been affected by a recent accident in which she ultimately lost two of her front teeth and will need major repair on the third. While the loss of her teeth is overwhelming in and of itself, the impact it has on her ability to sing and to teach is devastating as her teeth are a crucial part of her instrument. She is facing several oral surgeries over the next several months as her oral surgeon, endodontist, and dentist recreate her teeth; during this stretch, her ability to sing, teach, and even talk will be greatly hampered, not to mention the toll this will take on her emotionally while she waits to complete a process that may or may not fully restore her instrument to its full capacity.
