This Go Fund Me is for Danielle Dutcher. Many of us have known her as that happy, smiling face of Downtown Auburn for many years, the infectious smile of Dadabbos Pizza among other places. Today, Danielle needs our help.

After almost four years of misdiagnosis, Danielle finally found out why she’s been passing out. On October 6, 2017 she had a loop recorder, an internal EKG implanted. 6 minutes after it was put in during her discharge vitals she passed out and rapid response at Auburn Memorial Hospital, her new loop recorder caught her six second pause in her heart. She was sent to Syracuse immediately.

Danielle is now diagnosed with P.o.T.S. (Postural Tachycardia Syndrome.) Every two weeks Danielle must go to the emergency room for fluids, and she was recommended to the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio for treatment. Postural Tachycardia Syndrome is life altering and debilitating. Standing up is a challenge for people with PoTS as their body is unable to adjust to gravity. Symptoms include headaches, fatigue, palpitations, sweating, nausea, fainting and dizziness with an increase in heart rate from lying to upright position of greater than 30 beats per minute. Its frightening because you never know when you will pass out.

The Cleveland Clinic states that since Danielle is unemployed and presently uninsured, she must pay $5,000 the day before her appointment. At this point she is unable to work, has been denied disability and is fighting that process. She and her children need help, her boyfriend Jeremy is doing all he can just to keep a roof over their heads. Danielle needs our help. I hope you can find it in your hearts to donate.
