Help with Khoshekh's Vet Bills

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to look at this. My cat Khoshekh (pictured above) recently fell ill. She lost a lot of weight and wouldn't eat. After trying a few options with her regular vet, she had to be rushed to the emergency vet and spent a night there getting checked out and cared for.

The news on the next day was mixed: While she started eating again after a steroid IV, the underlying cause was diagnosed as small cell lymphoma. It's treatable with chemo and steroids, but she'll have it for the rest of her life, until she's good and old or until her condition deteriorates.

I'm committed to giving her the best life I can, and working to keep her in good health. Her condition is improving tremendously with daily medication, and I'm hopeful that will continue.

The downside, however, is that the vet costs were not cheap. I've paid about $2200 so far, with more to come. To be honest, it's very difficult for me financially. I've made this in case any generous souls are willing to help pitch in to alleviate the financial blow from the costs of her care, and to help me manage the upcoming costs of her care.

Khoshekh is an endlessly sweet cat, and is clearly happy to have the energy to show her affection to her family again. She's been a constant companion to me since she was born, so I'll do whatever I need to to be there for her, too. Thank you for taking the time to listen to our story.
