While my girlfriend and I were working, Cora, our 2 year old girl, was at the babysitter. Some how Cora was attacked by a Cane Corso, a 100+ lb dog. We are lucky that Cora was able to survive. She has suffered a cut right beneath her right eye thankfully missing the eye itself and tear ducts. A deep cut across the bridge of her nose that has cut through to the nostril. And a puncture below her chin that went through to the inside of her mouth. She has had one surgery so far to help heal the wounds and we are waiting to see if there are any infections. The doctors say that it will take a year or more for her to heal enough for them to judge how long she will have the scars. We are asking for some help with the initial costs and to make recovery a little easier. Thank you.
