Our loved ones Kelly and Wayne are walking a long and difficult road — one filled with hope, love, and faith.

Kelly recently received a life-saving liver transplant in Virginia, after traveling from their home in North Carolina. The new liver is doing well, but she’s now facing serious complications that have kept them far from home much longer than expected.

Through it all, Wayne has remained faithfully by Kelly’s side — caring for her, encouraging her, and doing everything possible to support her recovery. But being away from home for so long has created a real financial strain.

They have no children, but their five beloved dogs are their family. They miss them dearly and are doing everything they can to get healthy and back home to them.
