Help Us Get Back Into Secure Housing

Hi, I'm Carly and in the beginning of 2020, I lost my apartment and had to move in with family. What was initially supposed to be a very temporary living situation has gone on for four years now due to Covid and then repeated setbacks with work and income. Along with losing our place of living, we also lost most of our belongings including furniture, so we will need at least new beds. Anything else can be second hand, but I will still need to purchase things like a table and chairs, dressers, and a bookshelf. I have avoided asking for help but every bit of progress I make seems like one step forward and two steps back. Our ability to stay with family has kept us from living on the streets, but again this was only supposed to be temporary. It is a stressful and unhealthy situation for everyone involved and has gone on far too long. I am asking for help to raise funds for first and last month's rent and a security deposit, or to go towards a small down payment for a house. Please help us get back on our feet, the stress is really negatively impacting all of us. I just want us to have peace and a secure place to stay. Thank you for reading, sharing, and donating ❤️
