We’re excited to introduce Row West—a brand-new, locally owned rowing-focused fitness studio and wellness space coming soon to West Seattle!

We’re building this studio from the ground up to create a powerful, supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can connect, challenge themselves, and grow stronger—together.

Our Vision

Row West will be more than just a workout space. It will be a vibrant community hub, offering low-impact, high-intensity classes centered on rowing, strength, and endurance. Located within walking distance of the West Seattle Junction, the studio will accommodate up to 20 participants per class in an energizing, inclusive setting.

Our mission is simple:

✅ Create a sustainable, locally rooted business that gives back

Looking ahead, we plan to grow beyond just rowing—adding holistic wellness offerings and events that make Row West a long-term asset for the West Seattle community.

The total startup cost—including leasing, studio build-out, equipment, and early operations—is estimated at $200,000. To launch debt-free and rooted in community support, we're aiming to raise $100,000 by August 31, 2025.

Funds raised will go toward:

Renovating and equipping the studio

Purchasing high-quality rowing machines

Supporting coaches and early operations

Creating a welcoming space for all

Our financial projections show the studio will become sustainable with about 200 core members—a goal we’re already well on our way to reaching, with 140+ people already signed up via our Seattle Row interest list!
