We're a Melbourne based, social purpose business that believes in the power of lived experience, genuine human connection and people looking out for one another.

Our Peer Mentor Project brings together people who understand that life isn't always straightforward, and who want to use their experiences to make things a little easier for others.

Night Lite began.

Our peer mentors started talking about the little things that can make a difference during a night out. A condom you forgot. Concerns about your drink. A friend who's feeling unwell. Or simply not knowing where to turn when something doesn't feel right.

We wanted to create something practical, accessible and free from judgement.

We started developing Night Lite: a small, discreet pack of useful essentials and clear information, supported by peer mentors who understand the value of a genuine conversation. We're starting small, but we're thinking about what this could mean for others. With donated supplies, our own money and plenty of determination, we've begun putting sample packs together and working towards our first goal:

1,000 free Night Lite packs available through participating Melbourne nightlife venues and events.

We're still building. We're learning as we go, and we're bringing people into the project who believe in what we're trying to achieve. Night Lite isn't about telling people how to live their lives. It's about making practical support easier to find, helping people look after themselves and their friends, and creating opportunities for real human connection.
