Support Our Colleagues Recovering After a Violent Workplace Attack.
Hello, we are Javier y Diana from Rigal Windows.
Today, we are reaching out to our community with heavy hearts to ask for your support for two of our employees and their families.
Due to safety concerns and an ongoing police investigation, we are unable to share their names or location. However, both were victims of a violent robbery at their workplace, where they were shot while criminals attempted to steal their tools.
They are currently recovering after undergoing surgeries and are facing a long and difficult medical journey. The expenses are overwhelming, including hospital stays, surgeries, medications, transportation, and ongoing care—many of which will not be fully covered by insurance.
Their families depend entirely on their income, and due to the severity of their injuries, they will be unable to work for an extended period of time. Right now, their families need support just to get through this incredibly difficult time.
The individuals responsible have been arrested and are awaiting prosecution. Even so, this situation has created fear and uncertainty within our entire team.
We are asking for your help in any way possible:

Hoy acudimos a nuestra comunidad con el corazón en la mano para pedir su apoyo a dos de nuestros colaboradores y sus familias.
Por motivos de seguridad y debido a que el caso sigue bajo investigación policial, no podemos compartir sus nombres ni su ubicación. Sin embargo, ambos fueron víctimas de un violento robo en su lugar de trabajo, donde recibieron disparos al intentar quitarles sus herramientas.
Actualmente se encuentran en recuperación tras cirugías y enfrentan un largo proceso médico. Los gastos son muy altos: hospitalización, medicamentos, cirugías, traslados y cuidados continuos, muchos de los cuales no serán cubiertos completamente por sus seguros.
Sus familias dependen de ellos, y debido a la gravedad de sus heridas, no podrán trabajar por un tiempo prolongado. Hoy, más que nunca, necesitan de nuestra ayuda para poder salir adelante.
Los responsables ya han sido arrestados y están en proceso judicial. Aun así, esta situación ha generado miedo e incertidumbre en todo nuestro equipo.
