Help Troy Duke and His Family in Their Time of Need

On Friday, June 28, 2024, our dear friend Troy Duke, 34, experienced a devastating accident involving fireworks. Currently, he is being treated at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital for a major injury to his left hand, resulting in the loss of several digits. Troy has already undergone one surgery and faces multiple more over the next year as doctors work to save his hand.

Troy, a dedicated mechanic, relies heavily on his hands for his livelihood. Unfortunately, he will be out of work for at least a year due to the extensive surgeries and recovery process. As the primary provider for his family, this situation is incredibly challenging for them.

Troy is married to Jessica, and together they are raising six children, ages 8-12. Jessica works, but Troy's income is vital to meet their family's needs. Without insurance, the costs of surgeries, potential prosthetics, and necessary physical therapy are overwhelming. Beyond medical expenses, they also need support to cover everyday bills and take care of their children during this difficult time.
