Help Tovia Get Surgery and Chemotherapy

Hi, my name is Tovia Stephens.  I'm a 33 year old woman who was recently diagnosed with a large upper rectal cancerous tumor and rectosigmoid junction adenocarcinoma,  clinically stage III. In January of this year,  I had radiation treatment concurrent with Xeloda, chemotherapy pills.  It has been recommended that I follow up with medical oncology, gastroenterology and Colo-rectal surgery to remove the cancerous tumor and my colon. I am reaching out for assistance to cover the costs of surgery and chemotherapy. 

Please assist me in raising the necessary funds needed to have this surgery and aftercare in an effort to continue to be here for my 10 year old son.
